You have the right to cancel all or part of your order within fourteen calendar days following the day of receipt of your order, without giving any reason.

To request a return/cancellation authorisation for an item(s), please complete the form below within fourteen calendar days following the day of receipt of your order. Please ensure you submit a separate form if returning items from more than one order.

  • Please note all items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the items.
  • On acceptance of the returns request, a returns authorisation number will be provided together with return address.
  • You are strongly advised to return items using registered post or courier. We are unable to accept liability for goods that do not reach us safely.
  • Please note items marked special order may not be returned unless defective.
  • If alternative items are required, please use the website to re-order in the normal way.
